Primary Resources’ standard policy is to not share private information about our subscribers, customers or those who express an interest in our service with any third party vendors. This includes: Your name, company name, address, your e-mail address, your telephone number, your credit card number, your expiration date, and your agreement to be bound by Primary Resources’ terms and conditions. 2. E-mail Correspondence: Primary Resources may request a confirmation when you receive and open an e-mail communication from us. We archive all e-mail sent in and out of our network, and we identify the origination IP address of all mail sent into our network. We require that you refrain from "forging headers" or sending "SPAM".

3. Protection of Primary Resources, Inc. and third parties: Primary Resources will release data when we believe the release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our Agreement, and protect the contract rights of our Clients. We will pass information about your use of our website if approached because of misuse of our website or email systems.

4. Credit Card Processing: Primary Resources will share your private information across a (SSL) secure socket layering system to gain the authorization of payment via credit card for your membership selection.
